Moving to a lighter state

As one gently holds the bowl in both hands one allows this loving energy to flow freely into ones being. This high frequency energy can be felt as a tingling sensation in the hands which naturally extends into the arms and into the heart chakra, where it is often felt as a light fluttering or warmth. Some may feel a little light headed as they hold the bowls, and some may feel hot in the hands and the body. It is also natural to feel a little emotional and tearful as one connects to the bowl, for in doing so, one is connecting back to that magical feeling from which we each originated.
These feelings are created during a wondrous blending process where a number of processes naturally occur. As this beautiful energy flows in, it is like cool rain falling upon a sun baked pasture, for as it falls it brings with it, the riches of life itself, and that which that nourishes and revitalises. And thus is the explosion of colour and splendour that so joyfully follows.
The same is so as we experience this lighter energy. As it flows in, it naturally elevates us to a lighter part of ourselves, to where one experiences a greater sense of peace and harmony. As a result ones outlook of life becomes more balanced and focused, and more positive and appreciative. It is like lifting ones head above the smog of ones life to feel once more the cool fresh winds of spring.
And as rain falls upon dry river beds, so it releases embedded pebbles, which break freely away to flow with the newly rejuvenated flow. The same is so with ourselves, for as this lighter energy flows in, it naturally loosens the lower vibrating thoughts that once became trapped and embedded within our life experiences. It is like the lighter energy shakes us a little such we may become more aware of the thoughts that consciously or unconsciously weigh heavy upon us. It is these heavy vibrating thoughts which need to be released such that our journey may become light and more enjoyable.
