What is peace

.

Blessings dear souls

It is good to connect to you once more, we hope you are feeling well and more importantly . . . . that you are feeling beautiful in your hearts.

Life is a wonderful thing, it is filled with so many ups and downs, and one moment we are flying with the angels and the next we are crawling amongst barbed thorns. To be here in a physical dimension, is like being upon a breath taking adventure, a thrill ride where we are stretched to our uppermost limits and beyond, and to where we discover with breathtaking awe, that we are far greater and far more than we ever imagined.

We often ask for a peaceful life, a life without any turmoil, a life without any anxiety and hardship, and it is what earthly beings wish dearly for. . . . but how can we achieve such peacefulness in our ever changing world?

So what is peace?

Peace can be described as a feeling of inner calm, a feeling that is free of anxiety or pain, a deep sense of eternal oneness. Peace can be the peace which is found in earthly solitude, or the stillness that is found in deep communion with ones God.

Have you ever sat within the quiet meadows of your thoughts and consciously acknowledge every beautiful thing in your life, and then found that your heart was glowing with joy. Did you then look at your life again and realise that it was not so bad after all. This is but a moment of inner peace.

To sit and listen to beautiful music and become so lifted that you had to call up your friends and family and tell them how much you loved them? This is also peace.

Have you ever, amongst the raging canyons of ones life . . . . surrendered . . . . and in doing so, found yourself at peace for the first time in your life? If you have . . . . then you may have found the path to peace

Inner peace is a natural state of being, of complete acceptance, of absolute stillness. It is a state which is beyond the gripping embrace of calculating thought and logical reasoning. It is a state which is naturally free of fear.

It is from peace that wholesome thoughts seem to blossom with ease and grace, and where we are able to speak quietly and purposefully from our hearts. It is a state where a great inner strength is naturally always present. It is a state that is alive with great energy and creative power.

When we think negatively about our lives, we tie ourselves in knots. When we align with the peacefulness of our souls we lift ourselves above the heaviness of thought, where all feels easier, where all feels joyous. When we are at peace love flows naturally and freely.

Peace is found where one is able to still the mind, where the chatter seems to fall away to nothingness, where ones channelled focus opens the doors to the peacefulness of ones inner self. It is found where there is quiet communion with ones inner self, to where the gifts of ones inner being are naturally and joyfully present.

There are many paths to peacefulness and many choose to spend time in meditation, for as ones chooses to consciously focus, one helps the earthly mind to settle, to become free, to become light. As the noise and clutter of the mind begins to dissolve, so a pathway to the soul emerges, and like a beautiful star filled night one becomes aware of the true radiance that sparkles within.

As one connects and becomes more peaceful within, one naturally becomes more simple and clear. One becomes free of anxiety and complexity. One sees clearly and fearlessly to what was once complex and incomprehensible.

The mind becomes relaxed and calm, positive and focused. One naturally becomes more forgiving and understanding. One feels beautiful within and naturally acknowledges the wonder and beauty that is present within another.

Seek to spend time in contemplation of your individual inner beauty. Acknowledge all the wonderful things you have achieved and brought into creation. Forgive your self for all that you feel you have done wrong and forgive all who you feel have wronged you, for it is they who have helped you look within.

Dedicate time to yourself, to your inner development. Spend time in beautiful thoughts and beautiful places. Allow yourself to become at one with a flower or a beautiful moment, seek not to judge but just to be. Find peacefulness in meditation. Sing and dance and laugh and play, be beautiful.

Be peace, be love
